Chris Winn: Ramblings From The Road

Dig It.

Literally.  Now that the off season is in full swing, it's down with the handlebars and up with the rake/shovel/pick/insert other yard tool here.  Before old man winter finally dumps the white stuff and keeps it there, I've got a few new projects around the garden that I hope to achieve and today we got the ball rolling.  See awhile back we got a new fence and in part of the process we squared our yard little differently. In doing so it has left this handy-dandy space by the shed and although there were many votes in for a hot tub, we decided that some garden boxes for some vegetables would be the go.  So phase one today has been clearing out this space of all the weeds and associated plant life that was taken over this space.  Now back in the day I've done plenty of garden/laboring work, but as they say if you don't use it you lose it.  Hence why I'm writing this post as a little break after only a few hours out there!  Nonetheless it's a start and hopefully the framework can be put in place before planting next spring!

Yeah sad to see it go, never even raced it, but moving with the times to something newer so something to look forward to...might look at a Scott foil or the new felt f frame, either with dura ace, letting go of my old campy race group wasn't easy...tragic me :-) I've now got my own place and doing pretty much anything physical outside leads to days of soreness!!! Lol, Take care man
