Like a ton of bricks..

Well thats what it felt like i was pulling on todays ride, i found struggletown big time... typical nongs winter day, 10deg, fog and rain. Highlights of today's four hour outing included counting the number of empty cans and junk on most if the climbs - for the record 10 JB, 7 VB, 2 coke bottles and a packet of winnie reds. Yep I was in the box today for sure... i must admit the best addition to the training this season has been the ipod, holy smoke this thing is gold for punching out the long base miles. Yes I know i'm about 6 months behind technology, but you know, i am from the mountains...over and out..cw
